Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible

Site Civil Engineer

to manage construction activities at the project site, ensuring that the work is executed as per approved designs, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the project management team to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Ensure proper implementation of structural designs, civil work, and construction methodology. Monitor progress of work, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations on-site. Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders for effective execution of works. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and address any technical issues. Verify material deliveries and maintain proper documentation. Solve on-site technical problems and provide solutions to construction challenges. Assist in preparing project schedules, BOQs, and cost control documentation. Ensure work is executed within project timelines and budget. Manage subcontractors and skilled/unskilled labor teams effectively. Maintain proper site records: attendance, material usage, work progress, and testing reports.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma in Civil Engineering acceptable for some roles). Prior experience (1-3 years) as Site Engineer in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Good knowledge of civil construction activities, site safety practices, construction materials, and quality control procedures. Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management software. Strong understanding of structural drawings, BOQ, specifications, and technical standards. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
