Preferred locations for Frontend (Site Survey) will be Mira Road, Panvel, Thane to Ghatkopar, Borivali to Andheri, Chembur, Kurla, Dadar Etc locations local candidates will be preferred.

Requirement for Site Survey:

1. Should have a Bike & Driving License mandatory.

2. Should be local to the base location.

We need your ITI / Diploma / Degree course's placement officer contact details also.

We required ITI Civil Draftsman / Civil Engineers only.

Note : Candidates must have basic property valuation knowledge, plan reading, property measurement knowledge, property documents awareness & computer skills( Typing speed should be above 35)

Terms, Conditions & Policy of the Company :

1. Salary (14500/- Per Month (Fixed) + 2.75 Rs / KM Conveyance (Variable Pay) For Site Job + 5 Lacs Insurance) - Yearly Increment will be applicable based on performance

2. Bike & License are mandatory for front end role

3. 18 months Bond

4. Original Degree Certificate (Handover to Company until he / she works for Bank as per Audit Aspect & Risk Perspective)
