Civil Engineering Fresher

to join our team as a

Site Supervisor

. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction site management and project execution under professional guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Maintain daily site records including labor attendance, material usage, and work progress. Assist in resolving technical issues and site queries. Ensure timely execution of work as per project schedule. Conduct site inspections and reporting.

Key Skills Required:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

for reading and interpreting construction drawings. Good understanding of civil engineering basics and construction techniques. Basic knowledge of site safety norms and project documentation. Strong observation, communication, and coordination skills. Willingness to work on-site and handle field responsibilities.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.

Additional Information:

Immediate joiners will be preferred. Candidates must be willing to work on different project sites within Ahmedabad as required.
