Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Civil Engineering Fresher

to join our team. You will support ongoing construction and site development projects and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects such as roads, buildings, and drainage systems. Support senior engineers in site inspections, layout planning, and quality checks. Prepare and update daily reports, work schedules, and other documentation. Help monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and design standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and on-site personnel for smooth project execution. Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications. Use AutoCAD and other software tools for drafting and modeling (training can be provided if required).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering. Basic understanding of civil construction processes and materials. Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
