Job Summary

We are seeking a

Civil Engineer

with experience in

civil foundations, BOQ preparation, and basic knowledge of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring civil works, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and supervise

civil and foundation works

(footings, raft, pile, pedestals, plinth beams).

Prepare, review, and verify

BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates

.

Coordinate with structural and PEB design teams for foundation and anchor bolt requirements.

Review civil and PEB-related drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors.

Handle

as-built drawings

, site modifications, and technical clarifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in

Civil Engineering

.

Proven experience as a

Civil Engineer

in building or industrial projects.

Strong knowledge of

civil foundation design and execution

.

Experience in

BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and billing

.

Basic understanding of

PEB structures and foundation coordination

.

Ability to read and interpret

structural, civil, and PEB drawings

.

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and

MS Excel

.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience in

PEB / industrial / warehouse projects

.

Knowledge of

IS codes

and construction standards.
