Job Description

1. Civil and Structural Engineering

Building codes and standards for healthcare facilities (NBC, IS codes, NABH, fire norms).

Structural design for large spans, vibration control (important for operating theatres, ICU).

Waterproofing, acoustic insulation, thermal insulation, seismic safety.

2. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Systems

HVAC systems: Specialized knowledge of central AC, air changes per hour, pressurization, HEPA filters for OT/ICU.

Plumbing & drainage: Medical gas pipelines (oxygen, vacuum, compressed air), RO water for dialysis, hot and cold water systems.

Electrical: Load calculation for 24/7 operation, DG backup, UPS, earthing, lightning protection, separate circuits for critical equipment.

Fire fighting: Sprinklers, hydrants, fire alarm panels, smoke detectors, fire-resistant materials.

Pay: ?10,639.86 - ?44,929.17 per month
