Minimum Qualification
GRADUATE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING
Construction Planning for several categories of Dam.
Planning of Concrete Conveying Systems for Dam construction.
Construction Planning for Underground Works such as Tunnels, Shafts, Caverns, etc.
Planning of Infrastructure Facilities such as Batching Plant, Temporary sheds, Workshops, Material Stores, Residential Colonies, Project Access Roads, etc. particularly in the mountainous terrain.
Preparation of Construction cycle times, duration estimate and resource planning for various Project Components.
Preparation of Construction Method Statement and coordinating with the drafting team for preparation of Construction Sequence drawings.
Identify the best techniques including equipment and formwork for construction activities, ensuring they are technically feasible, efficient, and in line with project objectives.
Continuously monitor construction methods on-site and adjust as necessary after discussion with team to resolve challenges, improve efficiency, or address unforeseen issues.
Participate in tender preparation within defined deadlines, understanding customer requirements, preparing presentations.
Preparation of Construction schedule using MS Project / Primavera. Ensure that all milestones are met.
Periodic site visits for discussion & co-ordination with the project team.
Interaction with relevant vendors and evaluation of their technical proposals.
Maintaining documents as per the Quality Management System
Keep a record of construction process changes and lessons learned from practical experience
Maintain comprehensive records of document & drawing revisions, approvals, and any changes to the project scope.
* Prepare technical reports including site assessments and post-project analysis.
