Job Summary

The Site Engineer is responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision

Supervise on-site construction activities as per drawings and specifications Ensure work progress aligns with project schedule Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams Monitor material usage and control wastage

Quality Control

Ensure construction quality as per approved standards and checklists Conduct regular site inspections and rectify deviations Maintain quality records and inspection reports

Planning & Coordination

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and vendors Assist in planning daily and weekly work schedules Prepare work progress reports and submit to management

Material & Inventory Management

Raise material requisitions as per site requirements Verify material quantity and quality at site Maintain records of material consumption

Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to safety rules and site safety protocols Conduct toolbox talks and ensure use of PPE Maintain safety-related documentation

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain site registers, drawings, and measurement books Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) Assist in bill verification and measurement work

Required Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs Strong coordination and communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and site documentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
