About the Role

MAAD Concepts is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Civil Draftsman

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing permit drawings, structural drawings, and detailed technical drawings. You will work closely with our architects and engineers to deliver accurate and high-quality drafting outputs for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

permit drawings

as per local authority standards. Draft

structural drawings

, plans, and layouts with accuracy. Develop

detailed and working drawings

for various project requirements. Maintain and utilize

KSmart layer standards

for all drawings. Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to incorporate required changes. Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and quality guidelines. Maintain documentation and drawing records systematically. Support additional drafting tasks as required for project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and other relevant drafting tools. Strong understanding of civil engineering standards and drafting principles. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Experience with

KSmart layer drawing standards

. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills.

Education & Experience

Degree in Civil Engineering

preferred.

Diploma holders

may apply with relevant experience.

Minimum 1 year of experience

as a Civil Draftsman is mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
