Job Description

? Supervise and monitor ongoing civil construction and maintenance works in the Rest house.

? Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs, drawings, and specifications.

? Conduct quality checks and inspections of materials, workmanship, and finished work.

? Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various projects ? Review and verify contractor bills, measurements, and payment certificates ? Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for project execution.

? Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules ? Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and documentation.

? Conduct site surveys and inspections for new projects or repairs.

? Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.

? Maintain project files, drawings, and technical documentation.

? Prepare estimates and cost analyses for civil works.

? Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.

? Use MS Office and relevant software for documentation and reporting.

? Assist in tendering processes and technical evaluations.

Education:

? Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience:

? Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in civil construction supervision, project management, or similar roles Skills & Competencies:

? Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, methods, and materials.

? Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

? Experience in preparation and verification of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

? Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software (preferred).

? Understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
