Scheduling:

Develop and manage project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

Estimate project costs, monitor expenditures, and manage budgets to prevent overruns.

Resource Management:

Plan and allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with clients, architects, other engineers, contractors, regulatory authorities, and public bodies.
