Job Description

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring that construction work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. The role involves managing resources, supervising on-site activities, and liaising with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure work is progressing according to project timelines and specifications. Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications to guide site activities. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure efficient use of materials and manpower. Ensure that all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Check and prepare site reports, designs, drawings, and quality documentation. Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site. Liaise with consultants, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure proper execution. Manage and track materials, tools, and equipment required at the site. Maintain quality control procedures and ensure the highest level of workmanship. Report on progress and prepare work schedules as required.
