We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer

to join our team in Bhubaneswar for

building projects

. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and hands-on experience in

PH (Public Health) engineering

, specifically in preparing

drawings and cost estimations

for water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems in buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare PH layout drawings for water supply, sewerage, rainwater harvesting, and drainage systems in buildings. Estimate quantities and prepare BOQs and cost estimates for PH works. Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, CPHEEO guidelines, and local standards. Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to integrate PH services in building designs. Conduct site visits as necessary for data collection, verification, or supervision. Assist in tender documentation, material specifications, and approval processes.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Knowledge of PH services and plumbing design standards for buildings. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of estimation software is an advantage. Understanding of building construction systems, water supply norms, and drainage design. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

Desirable Skills:

Experience working on residential, commercial, or institutional building projects.
