Key Responsibilities
Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at site
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Manage residential and commercial construction works including RCC, finishing, and structural activities
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site staff for smooth project execution
Monitor material consumption, workmanship, and site safety
Prepare daily progress reports and update seniors on project status
Ensure compliance with safety norms, local regulations, and project timelines
Assist in quantity estimation, measurements, and basic billing support
Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues effectively
Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience:
Previous experience in
residential and commercial construction projects
is mandatory
Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution
Ability to work independently at the site and manage manpower
Good communication and coordination skills
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary:
20,000 - 22,000
(based on experience)
