We are hiring a Civil Engineer who can also work as a Site Supervisor. The person will manage work at the construction site, make sure things are done on time, and maintain quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise work at the construction site.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, and suppliers.
Keep track of daily work and report progress.
Check that safety and quality standards are followed.
Understand and work as per the drawings and plans.
Help in planning and arranging materials needed for work.
Solve problems that come up on-site.
Requirements:
B.E. in Civil Engineering.
At least 3 years of work experience in construction or site work.
Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Able to read construction drawings.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ready to work on-site as required.
