We are looking for a dynamic and skilled

Civil Engineer cum Project Coordinator

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong civil engineering background along with project management capabilities. This role involves coordinating on-site execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and acting as a bridge between the design, execution, and client servicing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage on-site execution of terrace garden and landscape projects Coordinate with vendors, site workers, and internal teams for seamless project implementation Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and structural designs Ensure work quality, safety standards, and compliance with design specifications Maintain project timelines and regularly report project status to management Conduct site visits, inspections, and ensure adherence to project milestones Handle client communication during project execution and resolve on-site challenges Prepare BOQs, material lists, and assist in procurement coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering 1-4 years of experience in civil execution or site coordination (experience in landscaping, waterproofing, or terrace work is a plus) Strong project management and multitasking abilities Good communication and client-handling skills Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project reporting tools Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Willingness to travel to sites as required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
