Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Reading and interpretation of drawing and specification. Planning and Execution of work as per design & drawing.

Preparation of Bar bending schedule (BBS) and Quantity estimation. Site inspection, checking Line, Level, Alignment, steel work, shuttering work before casting.

Co-ordinating with engineer, supervisor and contractor. Preparing structural drawing of building structure and submission drawing using AutoCAD. Preparing daily progress report (DPR) of all site activities

Layout work (foundation, centerline, brick work layout).

Allotting work to the labor, ensure quality control, construction materials management. Checking steel work , shuttering work of foundation, beam, column and slab before concreting.

Estimating the quantity required for site activities. Preparing bar bending schedule. preparation of daily progress report (DPR) of all site activities..

Architectural and structural drawing reading. Levelling with Auto level. Learn about construction of foundation, beam, column work. Material testing , field & lab test of soil, concrete, brick, cement, sand, aggregate.
