Job Description

Supervise and monitor all on-site and structural work at the manufacturing plant. o Ensure compliance with approved designs, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines, especially fire and safety norms. o Coordinate with contractors and labor teams to maintain workflow. o Inspect materials, workmanship, and progress to ensure project quality and timelines. o Prepare daily site reports, material consumption records, and progress updates. o Manage site-related documentation, approvals, and compliance with technical requirements. o Oversee building-supporting infrastructure such as foundations, drainage systems, boundary walls, internal pathways, and utility connections within the plant premises. o Report regularly to management regarding progress, challenges, and recommendations. o Ensure strict adherence to fire safety, environmental, and hazard control protocols applicable to explosive material zones. o Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently to avoid project delays. o Supervise construction of industrial buildings, including RCC foundations, columns, beams, slabs, sheds, and finishing works. o Execute and monitor building-related civil works such as flooring, plastering, masonry, roofing, and internal utilities. o Coordinate with architects and consultants for building drawings, layouts, and revisions. o Ensure proper execution of structural drawings for buildings, not infrastructure structures.
