Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion of work.
Prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labour teams, and project managers.
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety guidelines at the project site.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Manage material requirements, stock levels, and usage at the site.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory norms.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of project tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required).
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant site experience in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage labour and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
