Roles:

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure). Review and finalize project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and budgets in coordination with the management team. Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth execution. Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes. Manage and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, cost, and timelines using project management tools and reports. Implement quality control and safety procedures across all activities. Handle site-level challenges including material delays, labour issues, or design discrepancies. Approve daily reports, progress updates, billing quantities, and site documentation. Attend regular review meetings with clients and management and provide project updates. Ensure statutory compliance, including labour laws, safety norms, and environmental standards. Guide and mentor junior engineers and ensure team productivity.

Skills & Eduction:

B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree or PMP certification is an added advantage). Proven track record in handling medium to large-scale projects independently. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera). Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Effective communication and client handling skills.
