Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute

colony layout plans

and

city township development

designs as per municipal and planning authority norms. Conduct

site surveys

, leveling, contouring, and feasibility assessments for new project sites. Coordinate with

architects and urban planners

for integrated development plans aligning with structural and aesthetic standards. Supervise

civil construction activities

including excavation, RCC, brickwork, plastering, and infrastructure works. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Work closely with the architectural team for

finishing stages

including internal and external finishes, landscape, and facade detailing. Prepare BOQ, monitor material consumption, and ensure quality compliance and cost efficiency. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and local authorities for site development and approvals. Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports, site inspection records, and technical checklists. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards at all stages of site execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Proven experience in

township planning

,

site development

, and

civil construction

. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and survey instruments like Total Station. Strong coordination and team management skills. Excellent understanding of structural drawings and architectural plans.
