Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee end-to-end execution of building projects (residential, commercial, and industrial).
Prepare, review, and finalize architectural and structural drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor site activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Ensure completion of projects within defined scope, schedule, and cost constraints.
