Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in building construction. The role involves applying engineering principles to the planning, design, execution, and supervision of construction projects. The candidate will ensure that all structures are safe, sustainable, cost-effective, and compliant with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, designing, and executing building construction projects
Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and site teams
Monitor project progress, material usage, and workmanship quality
Prepare and review basic structural drawings, BOQs, and technical reports
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues
Support cost estimation, scheduling, and project documentation
Ensure implementation of safety practices and sustainable construction methods
SKILLS
Strong knowledge of building construction methods and materials
Understanding of RCC, foundations, structural elements, and finishing works
Familiarity with IS codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word)
