Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate
BOQs
based on drawings and project specifications
Perform quantity take-offs and material estimations
Analyze project costs and prepare tender documents
Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams
Review drawings and ensure cost-effective planning
Track project variations and cost changes
Requirements:
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
2-5 years of experience in BOQ preparation and estimation
Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
Good communication and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in real estate or infrastructure projects
Knowledge of tendering and contract procedures

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
