Supervision and execution of WRD works: canals, dams, barrages, headworks, spillways, and irrigation structures.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, BOQ, and department specifications.
Daily monitoring of manpower, materials, and machinery.
Maintain quality standards and coordinate for material testing.
Prepare DPR, MB measurements, RA bills, and contractor billing.
Coordinate with WRD officials and site management for inspections and approvals.
Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Handle AutoCAD drawings, survey levels, and site registers.
Skills Required
Experience in WRD/Irrigation/Water Resource projects is mandatory.
Knowledge of concrete works, earthwork, shuttering, and reinforcement.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and survey instruments (Level/Total Station).
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to manage contractors and site workforce.
