We are looking for a responsible and technically competent Civil Engineer to oversee and manage road construction and maintenance activities for our roadways projects in Bilaspur. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, project execution, quality control, and coordination with contractors and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily road construction and site activities.
Ensure execution of work as per drawings, standards, and specifications.
Monitor progress, material usage, and manpower deployment.
Conduct quality checks for materials, compaction, concrete, bitumen, and other roadwork components.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and the project team.
Maintain site records, progress reports, and documentation.
Identify project issues and escalate them to management when required.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines at site.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in
road construction/road maintenance
preferred.
Strong understanding of site engineering, materials, and roadwork processes.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle field challenges and work independently.
Working Conditions
Site-based role in Bilaspur.
