Responsible for supervising and executing civil construction, repair, and infrastructure projects within the manufacturing plant while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and monitor civil project activities (foundations, flooring, structural work, drainage, roads).
Ensure work follows drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
Coordinate with internal departments and contractors for smooth execution.
Prepare DPRs, measurements, and assist in contractor billing.
Check material quality and ensure proper usage.
Handle civil maintenance tasks inside the plant.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of civil construction standards and industrial project execution.
Ability to read drawings; good site supervision and vendor coordination.
Strong reporting, communication, and problem-solving ability.
Qualification:
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering with 5-15 years of relevant experience.
