Job Title: Civil Engineer

Bhilai Steel Plant is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer

to support construction, maintenance, and infrastructure development activities within the plant premises. The selected candidate will work closely with senior engineers and contractors to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and as per technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, execution, and supervision of civil works within the plant area Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety norms Prepare estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and basic project documentation Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments Conduct site inspections and maintain daily progress reports Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship Support maintenance and repair works of existing structures
Qualification:

B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

(Mandatory)
Experience:

1-2 years

of relevant experience in construction, industrial projects, or infrastructure works Experience in steel plants, factories, or large industrial sites will be an advantage
Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of civil construction practices and standards Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work on-site and handle multiple tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
