Job Title: Site Civil Engineer (5 Years' Experience)

Key Responsibilities

On-site supervision & execution

Oversee day-to-day Execution of repair, rehabilitation, waterproofing, epoxy/sealing solutions, and protective coatings.

Quality assurance & standards compliance

Monitor and enforce compliance with company standards, product specifications (e.g., waterproofing membranes, flooring systems / R&R), safety norms, and regulatory requirements.

Coordination & communication

Liaise effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, suppliers (including chemical solution vendors), and internal teams. Ensure timely updates and smooth coordination.

Planning & reporting

Assist in Preparation of work schedules, resource planning, materials procurement, and technical documentation. Report progress, challenges, and site measurements accurately.

Technical problem solving

Evaluate site conditions, recommend material choices (e.g., Sika products), suggest corrective actions, and troubleshoot execution issues in structural repairs or coatings application.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree/Diploma

in Civil Engineering. Around

5 years of experience

in civil/site engineering, especially in construction chemical application, structural repair, waterproofing, or industrial floor work. Hands-on experience with

epoxy floor coatings

,

RCC rehabilitation

,

waterproofing systems

,

expansion joint sealing

, and

turnkey project execution

will be highly valued.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of

construction

chemical application. Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings

, material datasheets, and specifications. Proficiency in

site planning

, resource management, and basic use of project management tools. Good

communication

, teamwork, and client coordination abilities. Knowledge of

safety protocols

, quality control procedures, and standards (local/state-level construction regs).

Location

Working with frequent travel to project sites across Gujarat Covering the region from Baroda to Vapi. (Including industrial zones, institutional constructions, etc.).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
