Job Description

Develop and design infrastructure projects such as buildings. Prepare detailed blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings using different software. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed projects. Analyze survey reports, maps, and geotechnical data to determine project feasibility and site conditions. Assess environmental impacts and ensure compliance with sustainability standards. Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor progress, quality, and costs to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget. Perform calculations related to loads, stresses, and material strength to ensure structural integrity. Evaluate construction materials for suitability and durability. Ensure that all designs and works comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws. Prepare and submit technical reports, project documentation, and permit applications.
