We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer

to join our team in

. The ideal candidate will have a

Diploma or B.Tech

in Civil Engineering with at least

1-2 years of experience

(freshers with strong technical knowledge are also welcome). The role involves

site supervision

,

project execution

, and working closely with the project management team to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Oversee and monitor the progress of construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Project Execution:

Assist in planning and executing civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Quality Control:

Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meets project standards and specifications.

Team Coordination:

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

Reporting:

Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and daily progress logs.

Problem-Solving:

Identify potential issues on-site and find effective solutions to prevent project delays.

Site Inspections:

Conduct regular inspections of ongoing projects to ensure adherence to architectural plans and construction schedules.
