Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage back regulator / boundary wall / back-side construction activities Execute construction work as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, and labor teams Ensure quality control, safety standards, and timely completion of work Monitor material usage, work progress, and site measurements Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and MIS Handle site-related technical issues and provide solutions Ensure compliance with safety norms and site discipline Coordinate with project management and consultants

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of civil construction activities Experience in back regulator / boundary / peripheral construction preferred Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and layouts Knowledge of material quality, measurements, and billing support Good leadership and site coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel and site documentation
