We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities at our project site in Goalpara, Assam. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects from execution to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
Manage project schedules, manpower, and materials efficiently.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth progress of works.
Conduct inspections and prepare progress reports.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of on-site experience in civil construction (real estate, infrastructure, or industrial projects).
Strong knowledge of site management, structural execution, and quantity estimation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant civil software preferred.
Excellent communication and team management skills.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
