Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures, industrial projects, and infrastructure.

Review technical drawings, designs, and plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Supervise site execution work, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams for smooth execution.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on site.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and assist in tendering processes.

Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare status reports.

Ensure compliance with company standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

2-5 years of relevant experience in construction / industrial projects (freshers may also be considered for junior roles).

Experience in food industry / process plant projects (preferred, but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹19,895.08 - ₹35,693.15 per month
