About the Role

We are hiring

Civil Engineering freshers

with strong

AutoCAD skills

to join our team as

Junior Takeoff & Quantity Engineers

.

You will work on interpreting drawings, preparing material takeoffs, and supporting project estimation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Review architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD. Extract accurate material quantities (concrete, steel, masonry, finishes, etc.). Prepare BOQs, takeoff sheets, and measurement summaries. Coordinate with senior engineers, estimators, and project managers. Maintain drawing logs, revisions, and project documentation. Support estimation and costing teams with quantity data.

Skills & Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Fresher or up to 1 year experience).

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory).

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Good mathematical and measurement skills. Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Internship experience in estimation, QS, drafting, or construction. Knowledge of other drafting or takeoff tools.
