Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Civil Draughtsman (3D) to create accurate 2D drawings and detailed 3D models for civil engineering and construction projects. The candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to prepare structural, architectural, and site drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting tools.
Draft site plans, structural layouts, foundation drawings, sections, and elevations.
Create 3D visualizations, walk-through models, and rendered views when required.
Update and modify drawings based on engineer/architect feedback.
Ensure drawings follow industry standards, codes, and project specifications.
Maintain organized drawing files, layers, and version control.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and site teams for accurate drafting.
Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.
Assist in quantity estimation from drawings when needed.
Review and check drawings for accuracy before submission.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/ITI in Civil Draughtsman/CAD or related field.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
Experience with Revit, SketchUp, or 3D modeling software is an added advantage.
Good understanding of civil/structural drawings and construction concepts.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of STAAD/Revit Structure (optional).
Experience in preparing BOQs and quantity take-offs.
Ability to create 3D rendering and visualization outputs.
