Worli Naka,Bhim Nagar,Mahalaxmi,Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Creating Technical Drawings:

Produce detailed and precise 2D drawings and 3D models of buildings and structures using AutoCAD software.

Design Revisions:

Revise and update existing drawings based on client feedback, project changes, and architect instructions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design specifications and requirements.

Adherence to Standards:

Ensure drawings meet strict codes, regulations, and client specifications.

Visualization:

Use CAD to visualize plans, helping to identify potential issues before and during construction, which reduces mistakes and delays.

Technical Support:

Support the architectural team by turning conceptual designs into technical plans.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

AutoCAD Proficiency:

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD software to create and edit designs efficiently.

2D and 3D Modeling:

Ability to create both flat technical drawings and three-dimensional models.

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
