Job Description

We are an established architecture firm at Fort, Mumbai looking for a

Civil Architect Draftsman

with strong technical knowledge and experience in handling working drawings, coordination, and site visits for

high-rise residential, commerical projects

.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of detailed

working drawings

and construction documents. Coordination with clients, consultants. Preparing architectural drawings, centerline, layouts, and detailing for high-rise residential projects. Supporting the senior architects and project teams with accurate drafting work.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Architecture or Civil Draftsmanship.

6+ years of relevant experience

in architectural drafting, preferably in high-rise residential projects. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

Strong understanding of construction detailing, building codes, and materials. Ability to work independently and manage coordination efficiently.
