Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled

Draftsman & Estimation Professional

to prepare accurate technical drawings, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations for civil construction projects. The role requires strong knowledge of AutoCAD, civil drawings, BOQ preparation, and project estimation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

2D drawings, layouts, and detailed structural plans

using AutoCAD. Create and update

architectural, structural, and civil drawings

as per project requirements. Perform

quantity take-off (QTO)

and prepare

BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

. Assist in

cost estimation & rate analysis

for civil projects. Ensure drawings comply with

industry standards, specifications, and guidelines

. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams for drawing revisions. Maintain proper documentation of drawings, files, and estimation records. Support project team in preparing

tenders, quotations, and material requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD

, MS Excel, and drafting tools. Good understanding of

civil engineering drawings, construction materials, and estimation

. Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural plans. Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity calculation. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Diploma/ITI in Civil Draftsmanship or relevant field. Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (optional but preferred).
