Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Structural Detailer

with expertise in precast concrete modeling and detailing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality BIM models, shop drawings, and reinforcement detailing as per engineering input and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Create

3D/BIM models

of precast concrete structures as per engineering input. Prepare

General Arrangement drawings

(plans, elevations, sections, and details). Produce all types of

precast element shop drawings

including: Slabs, beams, purlins, girders, parapets, canopies, stairs, columns, wall panels, ice beams, foundations, etc. Develop detailed

reinforcement drawings

based on Eurocode / Factory Standards. Detail

precast connections

following project-specific engineering inputs. Review and

check BIM models

, GA drawings, and shop drawings for accuracy. Track and manage

revisions/changes

throughout the modeling and drafting process. Work on assigned issues from the

project management board

and ensure timely resolution. Assist in training and guiding junior

Drafters / Detailers

according to company standards and workflows.

Formal Requirements:

Basic Requirements:
