We are seeking a skilled

Civil Design Engineer

to join our team to design construction plans, estimate materials, and calculate project costs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil design work, material estimation, and cost analysis, ensuring that projects are efficiently planned and executed within budget.

Design and Planning:

Develop and draft detailed construction plans using CAD software and other design tools. Ensure designs adhere to safety regulations, local codes, and project requirements. Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and project managers to finalize blueprints.

Material Estimation:

Calculate the quantity of materials required for the project based on design specifications. Identify cost-effective alternatives and suggest suitable materials without compromising quality. Prepare material schedules and procurement lists.

Cost Estimation:

Conduct detailed project cost analysis, including labor, materials, equipment, and other associated costs. Develop accurate project budgets and provide regular cost forecasts. Monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with the budget.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of plans, estimates, and project progress. Prepare reports to communicate project milestones and budget status to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/ Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in designing plans, material estimation, and cost analysis. Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
