Design Engineer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and efficient designs for construction projects, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop

2D and 3D designs

for construction projects using

AutoCAD, Lumion, and other design software

. Create

interior design plans

that align with project requirements and safety standards. Collaborate with

architects, civil engineers, and project managers

to refine designs and ensure feasibility. Conduct

site visits and inspections

to assess design implementation and make necessary adjustments. Prepare

detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and renderings

for approval and construction execution. Ensure compliance with

building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines

. Work on design modifications based on client requirements and project constraints. Stay updated on

industry trends, materials, and new technologies

to enhance design efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

2 to 3 years of experience

in construction design. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Lumion, 3Dmax and other relevant design tools

. Strong knowledge of

interior design concepts

. Ability to interpret

technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

. Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with multiple departments. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
