Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Design Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and reviewing civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and modify engineering design drawings, plans, and specifications for civil projects (roads, buildings, drainage, water supply, sewerage, etc.). Conduct design calculations and analysis to ensure structural stability and feasibility. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to integrate design solutions. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards (e.g., IS codes, IRC, NBC, etc.). Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical reports for tenders and project execution. Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Civil 3D, or equivalent for design and detailing. Provide technical support during project execution and resolve site-related design queries. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities for approvals and clearances. Ensure timely delivery of design outputs within defined deadlines and budget constraints.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred in Structural/Transportation/Water Resources). Proven experience in civil/structural design and detailing. Strong knowledge of IS codes, IRC guidelines, and other relevant standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D, ETABS, or other design software. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
