Job Description

Complete and file much of the paperwork that is involved in the design process. Create proposals and complete construction paperwork for buildings. In order to ensure that projects follow legal specifications and company procedures they ensure all required documents and paperwork are submitted before the construction process is started. Work with subordinate executive assisting with various projects. Help to plan and design buildings. Work on design drawings. Assist in reviewing project proposals and specs. Help with compiling required paperwork and documents for projects. Help coordinate details of architectural projects. The Architect will help plan and design buildings along with a technical designing team. They brainstorm project ideas, complete design drawings in AutoCAD and assist in reviewing project proposals, remaining a part of the process from conception through development. Preparing scaled drawings and contract documents for building contractors using Revit. Planning diagrams/layouts during schematic design, demonstrating ability to arrange a unified design. Sourcing materials for construction. Researching and identifying products (finishes, fixtures, etc.).
Salary: 11k to 12k per month (net in hand) during training period

(After training period salary will be increased as per their work performance)

Qualification: B.tech in Civil engineering (Freshers)
