Contract Engineer

Contracts Engineer with good knowledge of contract terms, market rates, and material source database. Proficient in MS Office.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ( FLUENCY IN MARATHI LANGUAGE IS REQUIRED).

Qualification: B.E. Civil Engineering

Industry: Real Estate Experience: 6 - 10 years of experience DEALING WITH CONTRACT & TENDER with reputed real estate. .

Location:PUNE

Salary: Remuneration is no bar for deserving candidates.

- Complete tendering and Contract process, designed to identify the competent contractors for achieving the project delivery with the desired quality within approved budget and within stipulated time frame.
- Evaluating the Bill of Quantities with respect to the technical specification of the items, product specifications, make list of the materials and preparation of tender document for the requirement in the standard specific format.
- Preparing technical & price comparison and rate analysis as per market rates, Negotiations of rates and finalization of rates with the vendor.
- Extensive usage of SAP for creating Purchase/Work Orders and issuing the same to successful bidder along with Letter of Intent (LOI) and all contract documents and attachment forming part of the agreement.

- Co-ordination with consultant to get the tender drawing, BOQ, specification reviewing the same and analysing cost estimation of the work.
3- 3- Identifying the contractor for work through pre-qualification process, analyzing the quotes received negotiation for the best price in accordance with the required standards and specification.
4- 4- Preparing contract agreement ensuring that proper documentation of the new contracts are duly made, ensure that the document is prepared in accordance with the company policies and sing of with the contract with contractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
