Technical Solutions:
Perform product demonstrations, explain technical features, and design customized solutions that meet specific customer needs.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team, prepare technical proposals, handle RFPs/RFIs, and support closing deals by demonstrating cost-effectiveness and operational improvements.
Product Expertise:
Maintain deep knowledge of company products (e.g., construction materials, software, machinery) and industry trends.
Internal Liaison:
Act as a liaison between customers and internal engineering/product development teams, relaying feedback and feature requests.
Post-Sale Support:
Provide training, assist with product installation, and offer ongoing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.
