Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

15+ years of proven experience

in construction management, with a significant portion spent managing large-scale residential or commercial projects in

Bangalore

(Devanahalli) In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction details, and relevant legal regulations (including BBMP, BDA, and Karnataka State regulations). Strong proficiency in construction management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD) and MS Office Suite. Exceptical leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
