CADDESK is looking for an experienced and passionate

Structural CAD Faculty/Trainer

to train students and working professionals in advanced civil and structural design software. The trainer will be responsible for delivering effective classroom and practical sessions, ensuring students gain strong technical skills and industry-ready knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on

AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and ETABS

. Prepare course material, assignments, and real-time project case studies. Guide students with hands-on practice and doubt clarification. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. Keep up-to-date with the latest features, tools, and industry standards.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and ETABS

. Strong knowledge of structural design and analysis. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex engineering concepts in a simple manner. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Languages Preferred:

Telugu, Hindi, English
