Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Civil BIM Modeler

to join our BIM team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be proficient in

Revit

and capable of creating and coordinating 3D civil/structural models for design, documentation, and construction coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage

civil and structural BIM models

using Revit. Prepare

coordinated models and detailed drawings

as per project standards. Collaborate with architecture, MEP, and structural teams to resolve clashes. Perform

clash detection

and coordination using Navisworks. Ensure all deliverables adhere to

BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

and project specifications. Work on both

Indian and international civil projects

(residential, commercial, infrastructure). Participate in coordination meetings and support site and design teams when required.

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's in

Civil / Structural Engineering

or related discipline.

3-10 years of experience

in Civil BIM Modeling.

Proficiency in Revit

is mandatory. Working knowledge of

Navisworks, AutoCAD

, and BIM standards (LOD, COBie, etc.). Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Pay: ₹24,702.88 - ₹61,807.87 per month
