Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of client bills and contractor bills
Verification of measurements as per drawings and site work
Preparation of BOQ, estimates, and rate analysis
Monitoring project cost and preparing cost reports
Coordination with site engineers and contractors
Handling material reconciliation and quantity tracking
Preparing work orders and maintaining billing records
Ensuring timely submission of bills and payments
